Grounded in intangible cultural heritage from Southwest China, this bespoke ensemble utilizes high-density handwoven cotton substrate, hand-drawn by master artisans employing molten beeswax and traditional copper spatulas. The iconography incorporates ancestral zoomorphic and geometric motifs—notably the Butterfly Mother paradigm and bronze drum totems. The textile undergoes multiple vat-dyeing cycles using natural fermented indigo. Controlled paraffin cracking produces spontaneous micro-fractures, rendering each iteration an unreproducible artifact of slow craftsmanship. The silhouette combines dropped shoulders with ergonomic traditional tailoring, complemented by hand-rolled frog closures and structural pleated geometries.
Material Composition: Shell: 100% Handspun Organic Cotton (340 g/m²); Lining: 100% Mulberry Silk Habotai (19 mm); Colorant: 100% Botanical Fermented Indigo Extract.
Care Instructions: Please hand-wash separately using a non-ionic surfactant detergent in water below 30 degrees Celsius. Avoid using chlorine-based bleach. Lay flat to dry in the shade; when ironing, place a pressing cloth on the reverse side and use a medium-heat steam setting.

This shawl is crafted using the traditional techniques of ‘Suzhou Embroidery’, a Chinese Intangible Cultural Heritage. The embroiderers use natural mulberry silk thread and employ flat-stitch, random-stitch and openwork techniques to weave the threads. The motifs depict branches with blossoms and birds, amongst other subjects. The colors blend naturally, creating subtle shading and a three-dimensional, relief-like effect. The front placket is adorned with hand-made silk knotted buttons, whilst the edges feature hand-finished piping, harmoniously combining traditional craftsmanship with the refined texture of contemporary haute couture.

Embroidery thread: 100% natural silk thread

Care Instructions: Do not wash by hand or machine; dry clean only at a low temperature. When wearing, avoid contact with sharp jewelry, watches and similar items. When ironing, do not press directly onto the front of the embroidery at high temperatures. Avoid prolonged exposure to strong light to prevent the silk fibers from deteriorating.

This product utilises the leather carving techniques employed by the Kazakh people of Xinjiang in the crafting of horse tack, made from carefully selected top-grain, vegetable-tanned yellow cowhide. After softening the leather, the craftsmen first carve the outlines by hand using a carving knife, then tap and press the leather with tools to create scrollwork and ram’s horn motifs. The leather has been hand-treated to resist staining and is fitted with antique-style bronze buckles, perfectly blending a bold, rugged aesthetic with the craftsmen’s meticulous attention to detail.

Care instructions: Avoid exposure to rain or prolonged immersion in water; when not in use, it is recommended to roll it up and lay it flat or hang it vertically; do not fold it in half or subject it to pressure.
